Payment Options
Fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards. A health insurance membership card should be presented at registration. We participate in and accept assignment from most insurance plans. We are a participating Medicare and Medicaid provider. Patients are responsible for any co-pay, deductibles or non-covered services. Some insurance companies and HMOs require patients to have a referral from their primary care immediate care center.
